Restorative Yoga

Give yourself the gift of 90 minutes of restorative yoga during the holiday season. This practice can be beneficial anytime of year, however, during the holidays we tend to be spreading ourselves thin, rushing around, feeling stressed, and much more. Restorative Yoga is a great way to give yourself time to really rest your body, boost immunity, sooth the nervous system, nurture mindfulness, and even increase flexibility. The benefits of this practice can benefit people new and familiar with this yoga practice. The use of essential oils will be woven into this 90 minute session. Give yourself the gift of resting your body, mind and soul.

Class will begin promptly at 1:30, students are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early.
