Special Mixed Ages Kid Yoga Classes (Ages 3-12) on Saturdays from 9:00-9:45am October 21st, October 28th, November 18, December 2nd, and December 16th is designed to encourage self-esteem and body-awareness through noncompetitive physical activity. Yoga fosters cooperation and compassion in children while enhancing flexibility, strength and coordination.
Through practice, exercise and play, this yoga class will help kids improve concentration and develop a sense of calmness. Parent attendance is not necessary! So drop your child off and enjoy your own peaceful hour!
