Neck and Shoulders Workshop

Shoulders and necks are the victims of our modern life. Spending hours sitting and working at desks, on computers, reading, crafting, etc. Come learn a little about what's going on in there, and how your yoga practice can help. We'll learn yoga poses that can help stretch and strengthen. We'll then practice together and walk out feeling better, and learn what do to at home. You'll have the knowledge and tools to work at home to heal and prevent future tweaked necks.
