Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching. Supported, gentle poses maybe held for 10 or more minutes, allowing the body and mind to restore from the fast pace life each day may offer us.

Benefits of this practice are known to quiet your mind, heal emotional pain, balance nervous system,  boost immune system, encourage mindfulness, restore body and mind.....and more.

Space is limited to 18 students, please register in advance to save a spot. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing that will allow your body to move comfortably and keep body temperature comfortable.
