3 Day Workshop with Serena Arora and Kevin Mcquillan!

Every life experience is an opportunity to either enhance or exhaust the state of our overall health. These experiences (food, relationships, lifestyle, conditioning...) all affect the tapestry of our well being; represented in the unique fabric that makes us look, act, think and feel the way we do. Discover specific yoga and Ayurveda techniques that help to cultivate a deeper awareness and insight; recognizing the quality and state of your Being and, with simple practical techniques, can lead to increased levels of harmony in your daily life.

Join Serena and Kevin to experience the power of truly integrated practices (discussion, activities, yoga postures, pranayama, and meditation) that will develop optimal health and well-being; all facilitating and supporting the Art of Living Well.

Open to all, teachers get 20 continuing ed credits!

FRIDAY / SEPT 29 / 5:30 - 8:30 PM
SATURDAY / SEPT 30 / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
SUNDAY / OCT 1 / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• ATTENDANCE ON ALL 3 DAYS REQUIRED •

Notes:
• Saturday's 9am will be a heated yoga class. Bring a large towel and water and a change of clothes for after class.
• Our studio does have props but they are only available when not in use for another class so feel free to bring a bolster or cushion to sit on.
• Come early your first go to the studio to fill out waiver and get settled.

**Workshop fees are non-refundable, but can be credited to your account if student cancels within 48 hours of Workshop. If Workshop is cancelled for any reason students will get a full refund.**
