In the practice of yoga, we acknowledge the existence of a body of energy that is responsible for our health and well being. As practitioners, we are motivated to balance and enhance the flow of life force in the body.
This special workshop provides access to this balance through the deeply restorative practices of Yoga Nidra and the Mind Balancing energy healing technique. Students will be guided through relaxation exercises while simultaneously receiving gentle energy healing of the *marma points of the head. Each gentle touch of these points assists in calming the mind, decreasing stress and reducing the scattering of thoughts. The benefits of these practices coming together will offer students the reset and assist that they seek for the mental, emotional and physical bodies of being.
This workshop is limited in size to ensure that each student receives hands-on energy healing support.
*Marma is a Sanskrit word meaning hidden/ secret. It is a juncture point on the body where two or more types of tissue (muscle, veins, ligaments, bone or joints) meet. They are also a point of vital life force.
