Carolyn's classes focus on approaching yoga practice from where the student is, and are intelligently structured to slowly and safely strengthen the body while building up to more challenging poses. Designed for many bodies and abilities, she incorporates meditation, pranayama, and asana for a complete practice that encourages students to be curious, open, and non-judgmental.  You can expect fun and energizing playlists, options for modification or variation, and creative sequencing.
