Anna Egleston


Anna's classes start mindfully and move into a flow that involves interesting transitions and a cool down with restorative options always offered. Expect an alignment-lead practice that caters to all levels of students, from beginner to advanced with lots of variations offered.  Her number one goal is to make all students feel welcome and included in every level of class; she encourages students to always take their practice at their own pace. She hopes that you will always walk out of her class feeling a little lighter in mind and body.
