Taught in a relaxed environment, Chris encourages students to practice yin at their own level, only going as far as the body allows, or to the appropriate “edge” to allow the body to naturally open up without forcing any poses. Chris offers various modifications, challenges and options for utilizing props and support within poses, welcoming all levels of practice. Students can expect to be challenged yet supported, with some elements of meditation that will ultimately leave you feeling relaxed and calm by the end of class.
