Jess Hatch


Jess's classes are light-hearted and kind with the intention of focusing on breath, alignment and the strength we all have within us. Students can expect to begin the class reconnecting on the mat, while moving slowly into warming up the body through breath work, gentle movement and stretching; eventually leading into a flow connecting movement with breath. Classes are intended for all levels, with the use of props and modifications for almost everyBODY to participate in a playful practice with the hope of connecting with your inner child. Modifications given, use of props encouraged and offered.
