Kate likes to create balanced, thoughtful flows that challenge the body and mind all while building stamina, endurance, strength, and flexibility. Teaching mindful movement with a strong focus on breath students can expect an accessible class that will leave them feeling stronger, more centered, and relaxed. Classes will move at a slower pace allowing students to explore alignment and sensations of each pose. While the classes are comfortably challenging, Kate encourages students to listen to their body, to move at their own pace, to enjoy the stillness with each breath and to decide where you want your practice to go.
