Meg places special emphasis on traditional sequencing to strengthen and open the body for exploration of seated meditation practice. Students can anticipate a formal class structure that offers strong breathing cues and methodical movement. All classes include chanting, pranayama (breathing exercises) and various meditative methods to accompany vinyasa flow asana (posture) practice. All classes are mixed level and offer students the peace they seek to live and love in the world.
