Say goodbye to the Winter Blues, make space to welcome in the newness of Spring and all it has to offer through supported restorative yoga poses and essential oils. Allow your body to be guided into a series of restorative poses to relax and rejuvenate the nervous system, while being supported by props and maybe even adding some essential oils to this practice (optional).
Students should wear lose, comfortable clothes that allow movement. Bring a mat and any personal props they may want to use: eye pillows, blankets, etc.
Participants are encouraged to register in advance. Space is limited.
