In this workshop participants will learn how to assemble and use the Yoga Pro Wheel with Kerri Verna (@beachyogagirl). Students will learn innovative ways to work their core using the Yoga Pro Wheel as well as how to increase their back, hip, hamstring and shoulder flexibility using the wheel. Students will learn how to use the bar for Myofascial massage and how to use the yoga wedges in their yoga practice and to stabilize the yoga Pro Wheel.
