Yoga teaches us that in order to realize that happiness, we must discover our true nature. This requires that we commit ourselves to nothing less than self-transformation!

This workshop meets each student where they are, to begin scratching the surface of yoga's what, why and how. Experience a breakdown of core asana postures and sequences to open, strengthen and cleanse the body. Approach breath-work/ pranayama to purify the body. Learn and try different meditation techniques to calm the mind. Yoga philosophy will be peppered throughout this workshop to provide greater understanding of where these practices were born and ultimately how they made their way to the West!
