Students will learn self-regulation skills for stress and
responsibility management and intentional living.
This first of two separate 4 week Kid Yoga Series (Ages 8-10) is designed to encourage self-esteem and body-awareness through noncompetitive physical activity. Yoga fosters cooperation and compassion in children while enhancing flexibility, strength and coordination.
Through practice, exercise and play, this yoga class will help kids improve concentration and develop a sense of calmness. Parent attendance is not necessary! So drop your child off and enjoy your own peaceful hour!
