Restore Head to Toe in September!
This class will focus on gentle postures, conscious individual breathing, and meditation to relax the body, mind, and spirit. The relaxing, renewing, and restoring poses will incorporate head to toe calming release and relaxation. Settle in, breathe, renew, restore, and stretch it out!
Space is limited to 18 students, please register in advance to save a spot. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing that will allow your body to move comfortably and keep body temperature comfortable.
