Our Kids Yoga series is designed to encourage self-esteem and body-awareness through noncompetitive physical activity. Yoga fosters cooperation and compassion in children while enhancing flexibility, strength and coordination. Through practice, exercise and play, this yoga class will help youth improve concentration and develop a sense of calmness.


Caregivers of children 4+ years are welcome to stay or have an hour to yourself if your child is comfortable without you there.

$60 for 6 Week Session
*Minimum of 4 students per class required
