Open to caregiver and child, this class uses yoga tools to
explore the world around you!
This first of two separate 4 week Kid Yoga Series (Ages 2-4) is designed to encourage self-esteem and body-awareness through noncompetitive physical activity. Yoga fosters cooperation and compassion in children while enhancing flexibility, strength and coordination.
Through practice, exercise and play, this yoga class will help kids improve concentration and develop a sense of calmness. If your child is 2-3, plan to attend class as well until your he or she is comfortable. Caregivers of children 4+ years are welcome to stay or have an hour to yourself if your child is comfortable without you there. :)
$50 - Session 1 (4 Weeks)
