Summer 6 week session on Tuesdays (no class on July 2nd)!
This 6 week Kid Yoga Series is designed to encourage self-esteem and body-awareness through noncompetitive physical activity. Yoga fosters cooperation and compassion in children while enhancing flexibility, strength and coordination.
Through practice, exercise and play, this yoga class will help kids improve concentration and develop a sense of calmness.
If your child is 2-3, plan to attend class as well until your he or she is comfortable. Caregivers of children 4+ years are welcome to stay or have the time to yourself if your child is comfortable without you there. :)
Ages 5-10 - Parent attendance is not necessary! So drop your child off and enjoy your own peaceful hour!
$60 for six weeks
*Minimum of 4 students per class required
