Please join Yonat for a Full Moon Slow Down on Friday May 24th from 6:00-7:30 pm at Healium Restore.
It is a potent period when the moon aligns directly opposite the sun, creating a sense of harmony and balance in the universe. As the moon reaches its fullest potential, its energy intensifies, and so does ours. Our emotions may amplify, and so turning inward can allow our deep needs to become clearer.
This event will include yoga, meditation and Full Moon healing through goddess cards, poetry and song.
All levels are welcome.
