YTT Karma Class: Rejuvenating YIN Yoga w/Jessica & Sarah

Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Jessica and Sarah on Sunday May 5th from 1:00-2:00 pm for a a rejuvenating YIN yoga class at Healium Hot Yoga Bay View.

As the season blooms, immerse yourself in gentle, deep stretches that promote relaxation and release tension. Held in a tranquil studio, Sarah and Jessica will guide you through calming poses designed to nourish both body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered. Experience the serenity of spring with our YIN yoga class.

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
