This event is a Healium 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Module; it is also available for 7 Continuing Education Credits* with Yoga Alliance. ALL curious students are welcome!
Join Sarah Filzen, eRYT 500, on Sunday April 19th from 9:30am-5:00pm a Hands-On Adjustments workshop.
We will look at several commonly practiced asanas - as well as asanas suggested by participants- both anatomically and energetically to determine best practices for manual adjustments. Participants will work with partners for practical experience and a discussion of ethics, consent, trauma and other considerations will be included.
Two hours of non-module practice of hands-on adjustments required for 300 enrollees, time/date will be arranged after the workshop is complete.
*Important: Credit can be applied towards the 300 hour teaching certification or Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credit, not both. To receive 300 hour credit, you must be formally enrolled in Healium’s 300 hour advanced training program prior to this class.
