With a flexible modular format, intimate class sizes, and personalized mentorship, you’ll deepen your knowledge, refine your teaching, and connect with a supportive community — all at your own pace, right here in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood.

LOCATIONS

All sessions are held at our beautiful Bay View, Milwaukee studios:

Healium Restore
435 E. Lincoln Ave

Healium Hot Yoga - Cozy Studio
2534 S. Kinnickinnic Ave

The program is designed in a modular format, allowing enrollees flexibility and balance in their schedules and lives. The modules are split between shorter, weekday evening sessions, weekend afternoon modules, and weekend-long immersion trainings. While attendance is required at each module to satisfy graduation requirements, enrollees will have three years to complete the training and modules will be offered at least once every 12-18 months. Modules will be added on an ongoing basis.

Healium’s 300-Hour YTT modules are open to the public, including 300-hour program enrollees, yoga teachers, and any interested student (space permitting). Healium trainees receive priority registration.

Yoga teachers not enrolled in the 300-hour program may be eligible for continuing education credits. Please note: hours may be applied to either your 300-hour certification or CEUs — not both.
