Join Senta on Thursday November 6th from 6:00-7:45pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio for a lunar ceremony on this Full Beaver Moon! Welcome a moment to reconnect with your inner rhythm, sip something warm, and move with intention. Named after the beavers preparing their lodges for cold, this moon reminds us to build emotional shelter, strengthen boundaries, and honor the wisdom of slow, intentional living. 

Together we will warm up with moon salutations to honor the lunar cycle, receive hands on adjustments in propped, restorative poses, and enjoy a simple crystal-charging craft over mantra. Take this home and be reminded of the full energetic power of our ceremony, long after we finish and before winter comes. This Beaver Moon lights up the skies in Taurus, so let’s get grounded and light up our sense of self-worth! Other signs affected are Leo, Aquarius, and Scorpio.
