Join Molly and Robyn on April 11th from 1:00-2:30 pm at Healium HIIT for Don’t Stop Now! They will they tag team a non-stop fiery 90 minutes of cardio, core, yoga and more. This will be a heated class full of creative moves, good tunes, high vibes, and ALL the spirit these two ladies can deliver. Sweat buckets and have fun doing it!

Bring a yoga mat, towel, & water (hydrate well prior too!), no shoes necessary. All levels are welcome, we encourage everyone to take classes at their own pace.

$30/person - A portion of the proceeds will be donated to support Planned Parenthood.
