Join Nicole on Sunday May 17th from 1:00-1:45 at Healium HIIT for a 45 min HOT HIIT donation-based class! All levels welcome. Proceeds from this event will support Milwaukee Period Parties’ efforts to benefit Milwaukee Diaper Mission’s period program, ensuring that individuals across our community have access to the essential period products they need with dignity and support. milwaukeediapermission.org  Healium HIIT will also be accepting period product donations from May 1sth through May 17th.

Please note clean athletic shoes are required for this class.

Following class join us for the 5th Annual Period Party at Boone & Crockett, 3:00-6:00pm.
