This full moon invites us to embrace clarity and release what could be holding us back. Let's prepare to take our unique path ahead! Our gathering includes meditation, energizing and restorative movement, and time for intention-setting and reflection. Expect hands-on adjustments, perhaps mantra and pranayama too! Expect time for conversation over hot tea, warming asana to prepare for more energizing Moon Salutations. We will spend plenty of time in restorative and supported postures, extended rest and guided meditation.

This unheated workshop is perfect for those looking to reconnect with what matters most to you this season. This moon impacts all zodiac signs; the energy is particularly potent for Aries, Cancer, Leo and Capricorn.
