Are you sensitive to the energies around you? Do you pick up on “vibes” from people? Would you describe yourself as a very empathetic person? Do interactions and the people you meet challenge you? Do they drag you down or drain you?
This is an introductory class to give you basic skills to help you based on Ayurvedic and Yogic principles. Take a journey into your energetic field: learn personal self-care techniques that can assist you on the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual levels.
