This event is a Healium 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Module; it is also available for 3 Continuing Education Credits* with Yoga Alliance.
Join Sarah Filzen, eRYT 500, for an evening workshop that will focus on the anatomy of the knee, explore asanas’ effects and use of the knee joint, sequencing for best knee stabilization and care plus how to work with those who have knee injuries and/or knee replacements.
*Important: Credit can be applied towards the 300 hour teaching certification or Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credit, not both. To receive 300 hour credit, you must be formally enrolled in Healium’s 300 hour advanced training program prior to this class.
