Join Becky for New Year Yoga Nidra: Intention Setting on Saturday December 27th from 1:00-2:30pm at Healium Restore.
Let's set ourselves up for a solid new year by gathering together for a special workshop. Begin with a gentle asana practice followed by tea and time to craft thoughtful intentions plus a physical reminder you can hang up at home to remind you of your intentions throughout the year. We will then settle in for a Nidra utilizing our sparkly new intentions. More tea and conversation to follow.
