This event is a Healium 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Module; it is also available for 25 Continuing Education Credits* with Yoga Alliance.
Join Heather Burkart, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, eRYT 500, for a weekend-long immersion (plus 2 online evening sessions) to gain the skills to support women’s reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and family wellness through yoga and mindfulness practices.
Participants will explore safe and effective sequencing for prenatal and postnatal students, strategies for adapting poses, and mindfulness techniques for parents and families. The module also includes ethical considerations for teaching pregnant and postpartum individuals, along with hands-on teaching experience through practicum hours.
*Sign up for the first in-person virtual session ONLY. You will automatically be added into the Friday night, Saturday, Sunday and 2nd virtual evening session. Attendance at all 5 sessions is mandatory in order to receive credit.
