Join Mary Frances at Healium Hot Yoga-West Allis on Sunday November 16th from 6:00-7:30pm for an immersive sound bath experience that incorporates crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs - enhanced by Reiki and Jyotish (Vedic astrology) - to move into a profound state of relaxation and renewal.
This event is for all levels. We recommend you bring a water bottle, blanket, pillow/cushion or other props for your comfort. The studio provides yoga blocks.
