Sarina and Jordan invite you to surrender into an afternoon of Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath on Sunday January 25th 3:00-4:30pm, at Healium Restore. Each wonderfully supported restorative pose will be held for 7+ minutes with a soothing soundscape. Restorative yoga is the practice of finding effortlessness on your mat; we will use props to assist the body in finding complete support. You will be guided into a deep meditative state with the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and drums. Surrender into support. This time is for you.

Please dress comfortably. All are welcome.

Event will be canceled and refunded or credited if less than 3 students are enrolled.
