Join Sarina for a 90-minute class designed specifically for runners on Sunday March 22nd from 1:00-2:30pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View.
Gearing up for a long run this spring? This practice is for you, though all are welcome. We’ll begin with a brief exploration of the anatomy of running, then move through a 60-minute yoga practice focused on mobility, strength, and recovery.
You’ll leave with a take-home handout that includes:
• A 10–15 minute pre & post run stretch
• A longer sequence to support your at-home practice
Open to everyone. Please bring a water bottle and consider dressing in layers, as the body can release heat in poses that work with tension and stress.
