Join Kiera for a one hour custom blend of Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga and classical Mat Pilates on Friday November 6th from 12:00-1:00pm! The yoga flows are accented with notes of spirit and strength, with a twist of power plus a rich bouquet of classical mat Pilates for a strong core, body precision and control.
