Join Kiera for a one hour custom blend of Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga and classical Mat Pilates on Sunday October 25th from 7:30-8:30am! The yoga flows are accented with notes of spirit and strength, with a twist of power plus a rich bouquet of classical mat Pilates for a strong core, body precision and control.
