Experience slowing down and unwinding into props with long holds that open your heart and ground you into the Earth to help bring forth a profound sense of clarity and calmness, easing tension and stress. Through mindful yoga postures inviting more presence, resetting your mood, regulating nervous system, and increasing curiosity. Give yourself permission to rest and reinvigorate to gently help you replenish and recover from the day.
