Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Andy and Crystal for (Back To) The Basics on Saturday May 17th from 1:00-2:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View. This class is intended for beginning yogis but a wonderful opportunity for anyone to get back to the basics and master proper form and alignment in poses commonly seen in most yoga classes. Andy and Crystal will guide you through a beginner friendly flow, spending more time on each pose to provide an opportunity to truly get into the foundation. Hands on assistance will be offered to those who want. It’s never too late to feel comfortable and strong in your foundation.

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
