This event is a Healium 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Module; it is also available for 14 Continuing Education Credits* with Yoga Alliance. ALL students are welcome!!!
Join Sarah Filzen, eRYT 500, for Weekend 1 of Advanced Sequencing on Saturday and Sunday May 2nd & 3rd, 10:00am-5:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio. We will dissect non-beginner asanas (arm balances, inversions, advanced back bends) anatomically and reverse-engineer the asanas to sequence classes, including options /variations /modifications /props to make the “advanced” asanas accessible to most levels of practitioners. Classes will be demonstrated to the group and critiqued.

Sign up for the Saturday date ONLY. Attendance at both days is required for Yoga Alliance credit.
*Important: Credit can be applied towards the 300 hour teaching certification or Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credit, not both. To receive 300 hour credit, you must be formally enrolled in Healium’s 300 hour advanced training program prior to this class.
