Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Nikki and Katherine on Sunday, May 3rd from 3:00–4:00 pm at Healium Hot Yoga–Bayview for an intermediate level yoga class focused on grounding, renewal, and the natural regrowth of spring. Their dynamic flows will invite you to reconnect with your roots, release what feels stagnant, and create space for new growth. These YTTs look forward to moving, breathing, and blossoming with you!
