Join Senta for a lunar celebration of the full Wolf Moon on Saturday January 3rd at Healium Restore from 6:00-7:45pm. This event will focus on a shift from year-end busyness into the slower rhythm of a new year with clarity and intention. Expect to charge a crystal to take home (bring your own also), enjoy a cup of warm tea and some celestial conversation too. We will practice warming pranayama, an uplifting sequence of Moon Salutations followed by grounding restorative postures with hands on assists, finish with guided meditation.
This workshop is designed to help you release anything holding you back, balance work–life energies, light up your path toward goals, and honor the supportive relationships in your own wolf pack. Our full moon session always shines on community- we will chat, connect, and manifest!
This Wolf Moon aligns with the Pleiades (Greek mythology, aka the seven sisters) and shines near Jupiter, encouraging us to release what’s behind and fully embrace the opportunities of the year ahead. While its influence touches all zodiac signs, it may feel especially potent for Cancer, Libra, Aquarius, and Capricorn. Come move, connect, reflect, and rise with the moon. All levels welcome!
