Join Bethany at Healium Restore on Saturday January 3rd from 10:00am-12:00pm for a two hour exploration of Rocket Flow. In this class, you’ll experience the one-hour sequence and share in discussion on how to teach it to others plus time for Q&A at the end of the session. Two CEU’s with Yoga Alliance available!
Rocket Flow is a powerful, non-heated strength building class that offers the same sequence each class. It is based off the Ashtanga primary series and is inclusive for all bodies and experience levels.
