Sci-Fi fans! Join Becky and Abby on Friday October 23rd from 6:00-7:30pm at Healium Restore for Sci-Fi Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath Experience! We will utilize guided nidra meditation with live therapeutic sound to boldly go where we have not gone before: to visit the unknown in the the vast space of our minds. Places we do not know or perhaps, just need help to remember, and In doing so we may find our way back to ourselves. And on the lighter side, we will enjoy and embrace our sci-fi nerdiness together Expect guided imagery and references to our much beloved Sci-Fi books and movies.
Yoga nidra meditation is a guided meditation done lying down in complete rest. Perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike, all you have to do is lie on the floor and listen.
