Join Heather Burkart, eRYT500 on Thursday September 24th from 6:00-9:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio for Seasonal Yoga: Flow with Nature's Rhythms.

This workshop explores how the changing seasons influence our bodies, minds, and energy through the lens of Ayurveda. Participants will learn how the qualities of each season and the presiding doshas affect physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and how yoga can be adapted to maintain balance throughout the year. Through seasonal asana, pranayama, meditation, and self-care practices, trainees and practitioners will discover how to refresh their routines and align their practice with nature's rhythms. Whether for personal growth or teaching, this workshop provides practical tools for creating yoga experiences that support resilience, vitality, and balance in every season.

*Important: Credit can be applied towards the 300 hour teaching certification or Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credit, not both. To receive 300 hour credit, you must be formally enrolled in Healium’s 300 hour advanced training program prior to this class.

Early bird pricing $60 sign up by September 14th

Full price $75 after September 14th
