Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Aija and Rebecca on Saturday May 9th from 3:00-4:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View for Restorative Releasing Hatha Yoga. This is a chance to slow down and come back to yourself, guided by the gentle, releasing energy of the waning gibbous moon. We’ll move through supported, longer-held poses with simple breathwork to help ease tension and quiet the mind. The focus is on softening excess heat, settling restlessness, and finding a steady, grounded balance.

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
