Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Matt and Steve on Saturday May 9th from 1:00-2:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View for an Effervescent Yin Essence yoga class!

At its essence, Yoga is “simply” union with divinity through intention, mindfulness, breathing, and movement. This class offers space at an authentic cosmic pace, with gentle guidance to find glimpses of that which is universal in our earthling forms.

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
