Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Please join Sarah and Brittany on Sunday May 3rd from 1:00-2:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View for a restorative yoga class that will allow you the time and space to truly relax. This slow-paced class will give you time to settle deeply into select poses, practice mindfulness, and leave feeling rested, physically and mentally. Take some time for yourself on Sunday afternoon to rest and rejuvenate before the start of the next week.

Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
